Scheduling Policy
We require 72 Hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services.
Clients cancelling with less than 72 hours notice of your scheduled service appointment will be required to pay 75% of the services reserved and pay a deposit for future appointments in order to continue to book further services with JDH Salon and our personnel.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuities are always appreciated as a thoughtful expression of your satisfaction and experience with us.
While not customary for everyone, they mean a great deal to our team, who take pride in caring for you and creating the JDH experience.
